Our Story

Born from a love of real food

Pure Green started with a simple question: why does fresh juice have to be complicated? We opened our doors in South Barrington to bring cold-pressed juices, nourishing smoothie bowls, and honest snacks to a community that values what goes into their body.

Every ingredient is sourced from Illinois farms whenever possible. Our juices are pressed the same day we serve them. We don't use concentrates, preservatives, or added sugars — just whole fruit, vegetables, seeds, and superfoods doing exactly what nature intended.
